At Foundry Chocolate we celebrate and accentuate the remarkable personalities of the world’s finest cacao by crafting and aging micro-batches of award winning bean-to-bar craft chocolate from scratch – using only two ingredients: Cacao Beans and Organic Sugar - all from our little foundry just north of Auckland, New Zealand.

These bars and drinking chocolates are for lovers of seriously dark chocolate. They contain 90% or 100% dark cacao, with no added cacao butter. And each has the most amazingly intense flavour notes.
